Jhudora's Quests

Snowy the bruce goes up to Jhudora. She gives him a quest to find 4 items in 80 minutes.

It takes 10 minutes to find each item and 5 minutes to pay for each item, then 5 minutes to get back into faerieland. It takes 35 footsteps to get back to Jhudora's cloud and each footstep takes up 1 second. How many minutes and seconds is he early/late?
